Granville HMO & Gym Facility
A high quality 11 bedroom HMO with a new gym facility for working professionals, following planning approval for the change-of-use of the double-storey industrial workshop. It included the landscape design of the space around the buildings. The site is a 315sqm back-land plot situated amongst the alley-ways of the properties of two streets.
Our client bought the land with planning permission for 3no. townhouses, but decided that a HMO would be more viable for his business plan and therefore appointed us as the Architects to submit a new planning application. We are appointed as the Architects for RIBA Work Stages 0 - 4, from design inception, through to planning and building regulations submission.
